Return Policy Change
Dear customer we have changed our return policy. Our new policy as bellow
Customer must inform us within 24 hours about return by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or direct call ( +88 019 96 29 29 29)
- Proof of purchase (order details, tax invoice etc )
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include original tags, bags, user manual and warranty cards freebies and other accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original manufacturer package / box . It must be returned in the same condition with shipping label attached.
- Return reason has to be valid and acceptance condition meet.
- Within 3 days customer need to send the product to ONGSHO office.
- Any product buy from EMI offer can not be returned, we can send to warranty only (if applicable).
- Cash on delivery product must return to the delivery boy.
- Exchange is available (if payment made by debit/credit card ). Kindly note we won’t refund any money.
N.B: Customer must pay return shipping bills. If product return to us with damaging condition, we reserve the right to send it back to the customers again.
